Alex Collector is a true Gentleman
I recently purchased a Tudor Tiger Prince Chrono from Alexandr Maniscalco aka; Alex Collector. After we came to an agreed upon price, Alex was getting the watch prepared to ship and noticed it wasn't operating correctly. He notified me and gave me an option of canceling the sale or giving him a few days to get the watch serviced. I agreed to wait. Alex notified me the day the watch was ready and shipped it out express. He assured me the watch would be everything I expected by offering me a return option. When I recieved the watch I was quite happy with the accuracy of the watches description. However there was an issue with the watch running way to fast. I contacted Alex and told him I was happy with the look of the watch but informed him of its issue . . . I think I told him it was running like a scared rabbit. We agreed that I would take the watch to a highly recommended local watchmaker. The watch was quickly repaired and keeps plus two time now. The watchmaker (now my watchmaker) explained that the problem was most likely caused during an impact of some sort durring shipping. I notified Alex all was well, and I love the watch. Alex went as far as reimbursing me for a repair the watch needed most likely caused by shipping. I would not hesitate to do business with Alex again . . . nor should you!
