Rolex Newbie
Hi Everyone,
I recently bought myself my first, brand new Rolex to mark my 30th Birthday and thought I should perhaps look-in on a few forums and see what folk say about them. Thanks G |

Thanks for the welcome everyone.
I'm not a stranger to Swiss timepieces, although I will be the first to admit to being extraordinarily impressed with Rolex build quality compared with the Rado Sintra that I own. Considering the Sub c was twice the price of the Rado - it's probably obvious to some more than others! Can I ask what insurance arrangements others have made with regard to their watches? I just had to cancel and start a new policy because my provider wouldn't cover the cost of the Sub c (went from £176 premium to a whopping £367) even though the Sintra was worth >£1000 Is there an insurance section on the forum? (Away to go look!) |

Welcome!
Normally folks cruise Not sure what you do for insurance in your part of the world, but I simply get an appraisal for replacement cost and pay an additional premium on my homeowners policy per watch. |
