243 or 88?

Looking at my third PAM and can't decide.

Since there is no Panerai dealer where or even close to where I live I'm basing my decision on photos and wrist shots.

I have a 005 and 113 right now and I'm looking at the 243 (thick??) or the 88 (busy??).

I was going to get the 24 but essentially it"s like my 005 with a bezel and date so opted to look at the 243.

Let me know your thoughts.

243 - i think a 1950 case is a great addition to your existing PAMily

They're so different..... Have you considered a 320? this way you get a GMT and a 1950's case.

The 243 is a great watch, but I cant wear it comfortably, so I go for the 88, I like the 88 too btw..

You sound soooo confuse!!
My advise specially with Panerai is not base your decision on pictures and wristshots.
This is a special moment for you and if you are gonna spend 5-6 thousand dollars you gotta make the right decision.

243 for me among these 2. But its too top heavy for me, I must say I love the looks of the 1950 case but wearing it for me is a different story. The Luminor case is superbly comfortable.

based on what you already have, i would go with 243.

its more "different" than 44mm luminor case.

if you need a GMT watch, then maybe consider 321. again, because its "different" from what you already have. but i don't really dig the 12hr 2nd time zone hand (not 24hr GMT hand)

I have a soft spot for the 088 so I'd go for it. And snap on an Assolutamente strap. Pure sex!!!

IF you can pull it off, the 243 is SWEET.

that being said, i almost went with the 88 at one point, so, i know the appeal.

two very different watches..........get both!
