Watch Winder Setting

I've been searching up and down and seem to get some mixed reviews. I just got a Heiden watch winder from Costco.com. Looks pretty nice. However, how should I set it???

I have a SS Daytona. Some threads I read say it is unidrectional (clockwise) and some say the newer models are bidirectional. My Daytona is a recent model (Rolex, not zenith, movement). And how many TPD should I set it at?

Thanks for the help guys!

I used bi-directional and between 650-850 TBD. I used 650 for all other Rolex and 850 for my Daytona. Not sure if it was correct but thats what I did and never had an issue
