The faded bezel club....LETS SEE 'EM!

With all the "clubs" floating around TRF its time to start "The Faded Bezel Social Club". I started it in the General Discussion forum to enlighten all the modern Rolex aficionados and let them see what they are missing

Our motto: "Old bezels don't crack or shatter (like the new ceramic wonders), they just fade gracefully into the future"

Our honorary patron for 2011; Steve Mulholland

Here are mine: both 16750's, faded Pepsi and Black bezels:

Here is my 1970 GMT from the GMT collection. And my circa 1972 5513, with its faded-to-gray bezel insert.

They're still here. I can't help but think that a perfectly shiny and vibrant ceramic bezel will look somewhat out of place on a well worn watch that is 40+ years old.
