New AD in Calgary

Here is a photo of Birks in TD Square in downtown Calgary. They are currently renovating as you can see from the sign. This store is literally 5 floors below my office and I pass by it several times a day. No temptation there!

As someone had mentioned in a previous thread they are becoming an AD because they bought Brinkhaus Jewellers. I will update the photos as progress continues. Thanks.

you'd better walk fast by the shop when it opens....eyes averted from the windows!

They should have opened last week during Stampede. I was in Calgary last week. What an awesome city!

You lucky man!

Using my Birks credit I could leverage my next Rolex purchase if they had Rolex here in Toronto as well...

I was born in Calgary, and lived most of my life there, and this is the first time I have ever seen anyone say that!

To each their own I guess :)

Calgary is a beautiful place to live, my grandparents live up there and visit about once a year. The city seems to have grown tremendously within the past 5-7 years.

Makes sense in Calgary--tons of oil & gas money flowing around that town (especially downtown).
