Great service from Bob Ridley

I sent my beloved 11 year old Explorer II to Bob for a needed service visit. Bob was very responsive, talked me through what would be done, what damage had accumulated from my waiting 11 years, and he assured me he'd get it back in time for my summer vacation. I had raised one concern about accuracy. When I first got it, it ran, pretty consistently, 2 seconds slow per day, which was pretty acceptable. But, over time it had gotten worse and was running 5-7 seconds fast, per day. "Don't worry," Bob told me, "I'll make sure it's properly regulated."

Well, I set it to the NIST clock before leaving for vacation, 3 1/2 weeks ago. I just checked it and it is now and it is all of 1 second fast, after 3 1/2 weeks!!!

Awesome job, Bob, and you can count on me as a continuing Customer! And I promise to not wait another 11 years.

Bob Ridley is the best. It is great to read post stating the involved phone conversations with Bob and the status photos.

Can we clone him?
