14060 Scam!

Hey everyone. I just wanted to post this because I believe I was almost scammed today. I received an email from someone named Tiffany Sanchez saying she had a 14060 for sale and it was a too good to be true price. She kept telling me more and more about the watch but wouldn't send pictures. When she finally did send them, the pics looked professional and after close inspection, I could tell for sure they were two different watches! She also declined to tell me where she lived so we could meet at an AD saying I had to trust her. If you post a WTB for this watch and get an email from her, Don't do it!

I wouldn't call that an almost scam but thanks for sharing.

You were smart enough to ask the right questions and demand photos...but most of all never...ever buy from anyone on this forum who is not a member in good standing and has references.

There are people here who have never sold anything but I would buy from them because they are active in the community or they have bought from others so they have at least a trusted seller's reference.

These so-called members who do not participate on the forum but try to sell watches for through the WTB section are the ultimate WATCH OUT!
