Beware of the counterfit end pieces on E bay
I have examined these and they are very close to original. These are fake!!! BUT with the real end piece markings.
Seller states (These End pieces Fit And Look Just Like The Original)(END PIECE FOR VINTAGE ROLEX OYSTER WATCH BAND 93150) http://cgi.ebay.com/END-PIECE-VINTAG...item484191772a http://cgi.ebay.com/END-PIECE-VINTAG...item2566905b73

I do not think they changed it. This seller is known for selling part "for" Rolex that are aftermarket. What Nick is referring to is that it has the "original" stamped numbers. If it was any other numbers stamped, it would be an ok aftermarket part.

...mmmmmmm...
...seller does NOT list as genuine/authentic/original, therefore NO trademark infringement.
...I would think that there is no way to trademark "numbers" on anything. ...numbers are numbers. ...if anyone can show legal precedence to support otherwise, then we should be able to make something happen. |
