Rolex wristwatch for spares or repair

Has the following detail on the front face:-

ROLEX
OYSTER PEPETUAL
DATEJUST

SUPERLATIVE CHRONOMETER
OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED

& the following on the see-through back (clockwise):-

STAINLESS STEEL BACK DEVILLE SWISS MADE

The clasp detail reads:-

ROLEX

GENEVE
SWISSMADE
16K

The crown is missing & there is a small crack line on the back. I have no idea if it's possible to repair but if it does it will be a very prestigious looking watch as it was when i use to get admiring glances years ago! It has been in the family for around 12 years but i have no need for it
