he states it a tudor, the dial is aftermarket and incorrectly marked rolex, the case looks ok, tudor bands are gold plated, but have a tudor symbol on the clasp not rolex like this which by the way looks like a fake rolex clasp anyway, so its probably a fake also, await a response from a tudor expert like Tudorman8276 (stan)

The dial is a fake and the red hang tag is fake. That's enough to can it!

It's a Tudor with a bunch of aftermarket crap on it. Well Fake Crap. But still the watch case is real.

But if the dial has Rolex on it with no mention of Tudor it can be very misleading.

I agree. It's a total piece of junk. Seller has a good rating. I don't know why they would risk a bad deal over a crappy watch like that.
