One year on...
It is exactly a year since I own my DJ II, an evolution of a classic, with curves and lines redefined in an enlarged casing.
Although the initial heart-pounding feeling which excited me so much has long gone, it remains as my favorite beater till date not only because of its good look, but also the second-to-none comfort on the wrist. Rightful for a beater, aren't a few more hair lines now adding more character to this awesome timepiece? I'm still in love |

Still looks like a real great watch as far as I am concerned. Use it and enjoy it. When service time rolls around you can have them give it a nice light polish, then it will be good as new.

The watch is a classy looking model, but personally, I couldn't sleep if I scratched the bracelet like you have. As mentioned, could be polished out maybe even with Cape Cod scratch remover for a temp fix. Your macro shots are likely exacerbating the scratches which wouldn't be as visible to the naked eye.
Stiil, all in all, very pleasant eye candy!! J. Alan |

Nice! My TTDJ alternates with my GMT IIc for daily wear. Both have fine lines that come from honorable service.
