If you had just one watch....

What would it be? If you had to choose just one watch(doesn't have to be a Rolex), what would you pick? If you had to head off to war, go on an adventure, you get the idea.

Curious as to what all your thoughts are on this one.

Since owning an IWC, I'd lean towards IWC. 6 months ago I'd have said Omega.

It would definitely be my 116610LN. Even after venturing to other brands, checking out other Rolex watches, my favourite and most versatile watch is still my Sub-C:
