Exchange Rates/Local Prices/VAT's-where is best place to buy?
So a question for those of you who know or have analyzed this as I have two upcoming trips scheduled---assuming a Rolex is available in Hong Kong, London, Las Vegas, and Dubai is there one location that typically works out to be cheaper given different currencies and tax structures. Thanks.
