Pops picked up a ceramic 18k pink gold, chocolate faced daytona!
The watch is incredible... I usually do not like daytona's on a leather band, however this is one of the most magnificent watches I have ever seen! He picked it up from torneau in nyc... He bought it, unfortunately to sell, not enjoy :(
What do you think a good price point for it should be? its new in box with papers AD warranty etc. What is the retail? how many of these are on the market right now? |

I'm not a believer until I see pics. I was just at the Rolex boutique in Time Machine yesterday when I dropped my wife off at Sothys to get her massage. Though my friend wasn't in I did not see a trace of any Basel 2011 timepieces there...

Normally I would agree, with the sentiment that you go to an AD and the watch instantly depreciates...however on brand new hot ticket items, you never know.. it rreally depends, and in this case all signs point to a nice profit. Not to mention for a while ss daytonas were selling over retail. |
