Three very different watches.
Have you tried them to see which one smiles the most at you? I'd like to also add a 359 one day.... Probably |

359 is terrible in person. That fake tina is too much on that watch. 210 everyday of the week. Chase down some gold hands and it looks even sharper.

210 is a really simple and timeless design,
i think the 210 is really easy to accept as the best choice in its class. vs the 359 that has a lot more competition of subtle choices that you will notice the moment it is on your wrist, for me it would make me nuts. i could think of 2 or 3 choices right off the bat that would be competing against the 359 vs The new explorer II, that is apples and orange hands, not a fair competition

I personally think the 359 could be one of those watches that benefits from the love/hate relationship we see here. Those who love it -love- it, but most folks don't buy them.
If Panerai kills the model, those of us who have one (I love mine), will see some nice appreciation. |

as has been said, those are three pretty different watches......the 359 is nice if you can wear the 1950s case, while the 210 is understated and classic, and the new explorer ii is a pure sports watch.
i think you've got to try them on. with such different choices, there's no other way. |

The 359 is one of the nicest Panerais ever produced!
First off, its hard to do a comparo between a manual Rad, and an Auto Lume. They are just too different. Secondly, there is no comparison. 359 hands down. :-) |

I would go for the 359 because I like the iconic crown protector on a Panerai.

Curiously, where would you buy hands for a PAM?

Not to throw a wrench at ya, but if your looking for a 1950 case, the 351 is the watch to buy.
The 210 is nice but one of the best things about Panerai ownership is all the strap options, it makes them so much fun. The 210 is a bear to change straps compared to a luminor, and the 359 is even easier with the quick strap changing system over the screws on the base Luminor's. The 210 is a cool watch, but I have owned Rads and I won't own another.
