Aside from the fact that it's a butt ugly movement with little to look at, I like it.

I avoided trying to go with this mod on my SS IIc just because the looks of the movement are so blase (but yet rugged and awesome).

Don't see what's so "butt ugly" about the movement. It's an automatic movement. There are nicer looking and better finished automatic movements out there but, again, I don't see the Rolex automatic movement as being "butt ugly". What makes it so?

Not my cup of tea.

But as long as you are happy, it's all that really counts!

i prefer the solid look and feel on the skin of the SS, but, that looks nice. the priek is a good product.

I like it. Does it change the fit? I understand the case back is a little thicker than the regular back, which would be good for me as my GMT is a tad loose.

the new PREIKs are exactly the same as the OEM ,same comfort as with rolex except in case humid weather the glasss has a different feel on skin as the metal, but for me it isn t a problem

I think it's pretty cool to be able to see the movement.
I wonder how the transparent caseback effects the depth rating...?

Works for me, and why not, it's completely reversible if needed and with very little effort to do so!

Looks pretty cool IMO. However, I don't think I'd wear my watch back-to-front if I have done that mod....
