Gunny Strap

My search for a perfect strap for my 367 is finally completed. I contacted Peter the strap maker, forwarded him a few shots of my PAM and was advised an Egypt serie which matches perfectly to the faux patina dial I couldn't believe my eyes how closely matched they are. You can also see how vintage the watch now looks on the Egypt. I wonder how a strap can totally influence the look of a watch...

It took around 10 days to complete the beauty but it's worth the wait really. I told him that this is going to be my birthday gift and guess what...strap was delivered yesterday, 1 day prior to my birthday today...

You will appreciate the vintagizing of the strap, got the vintage look but yet brand new, it's thick but surprisingly soft. It's all manually handcrafted and you can even see the production serial number in the inside strap with the "gunny" marked...it's very unique, one of a kind with its character...what can you say? I couldn't be happier with the strap and I couldn't even be happier he delivered it right on my desk at the very right time as my birthday present...

Beautiful strap. Peter really knows what he's doing. I've bought myself 5 from him now. I think that Egypt will be the next purchase.
