40 + years old

Here's my Lanco Chrono I bought new 41 years ago. My first "good" watch. Wore it every day for a number of years while flying, hunting, and fishing in the wilds of Alaska..

Lanco later became part of the Omega empire.

Yes, I do.. It's still a classy looking watch and has a lower profile than the sport watches that I generally wear. It's currently on an Alaskan gold nugget watch band while it awaits a new Croc strap with deployant clasp.

I wish I could trust someone to do some repairs on the dial.....,

I like this one for some fancy affairs we periodically go to, and an old Gruen Curvex that fits nicely under shirt sleeves and isn't "in your face".

I come across a lot of Lanco but most of the time they're very plain, not this one though, real nice.
Had a 1930's - 1940's once, art deco style, ran like a clock?
