Thanks for sharing. Love blue face watch... my very first watch back in college had a blue face. The smurf sub looks super sharp.

very tasty piece, dalip.

i'm not 100% sold on the waves on the dial (i prefer a cleaner look), but, i would have to see it in person. i did a quick scan and i don't think one can get a DDII in blue w/o the waves, though. if it's subtle enough, it could give a little bit of "punch" to the watch, why not?

either way, i like where this is heading!

Me too

Have to say the blue dialed djII has won me over. The blue really pops against the wg fluted bezel. It seems to balance the watch very well.

Now it's got me thinking .....rather expensively about a ddII

yes, TRF has spoken, and it has been decided.

i thought the DJII was a done deal, but, now he's talking smurf. every collection needs at least two blue dials, so, it's good dalip won't need to be deciding between those two beauties....

Stop enabling me

I think the wg sub idea has come and gone...but there are AP blue dials which are also luring me

The Cartier Ballon Blue is a pretty sweet watch. Not going to drop $36k on one, but really nice.

I love my blue aquaracer. In the sunlight the blue dial is beautiful. I'll have to try & get some better pics of it.

I miss my blue Omega Seamaster Pro, but I like a black or white dialed watch for daily wear.
