The Seiko Marinemaster 600 spring drive dive watch is also pretty big.....45mm diameter, 17mm thick.

Well that's an useful watch, now everybody around you can look at the time when you wear it!

I must say I'm not a fan of very big watches but I like its dial, congratulations!

It's not the diameter of the watch that bothers me. I have a couple watches 44 mm and larger. It's how thick it is.

Has anyone even compared an Omega 45.5mm PO to the DSSD? Which one takes the title of being biggest and thickest? I assume DSSD is still the winner?

I owned the 45.5 PO for several years and it's got nothing on thickness compared to the DSSD, and not in a good way. I even wore my Breitling Avenger Skyland when I tried it on, 45 mm and 17mm high and it didn't seem as large as the DSSD. I will say, if the DSSD had a more proportional bracelet and clasp it might have been more comfortable. The DSSD clasp was just too narrow for the watch and was very very top heavy. The Skyland with a 22mm bracelet and clasp is much more comfortable and easier to wear imo. You're milage may vary.
