Rolex Barn find.
A good buddy of mine was clearing out his grandmothers storage rental rooms and came across an old jewelry box. He opened it up and found this piece.
Can anyone tell me anything about this model? Thnx Mondo |

That was my initial thought, but I will await for the real experts to weigh in....

Really? Are you sure? Im not familiar with the ladies watches, but she did not strike me as one who would get an imitation.

I'm not sure either, best advice I can give would be to take it to a jeweler and have it examined.

Pop the caseback to verify the movement.
The electroplated part worries me though. |

The circular area on the case back demonstrates the wear to the electroplating on the remaining area. (hologram/ sticker or perhaps price tag rom collectors shop?)
I wasn't aware Rolex electroplated. |

The "electropate" has me leaning heavily towards Fake.
