When will the 2012 models be out?

There really aren't year-specific-models. Howerver, new references such as the ExpII 42mm are out and they are new for this year. Models for next year will be released about six months after Basel which takes place in March.

I'm hoping they keep a gold bezel or metal bezel for the daytona as an option for those who are turned off by the ceramic.

should be around summer time in your neck of woods.

Usually start showing up in August/September and then AD's properly start stocking around October/November.
