My Sub Needs Repairs....
My 2 month old Sub will be on it'd way back to Rolex tomorrow, via my AD.
It has always run slightly fast, and with little careful positioning when parked I had it running at approx +1 sec per week. All of a sudden it is losing time, but oddly in blocks of 4-5 secs at a time. It did it again today while being worn, and after a full wind. It dropped 6 secs in an hour. I am sure it will sorted, but I am a touch gutted. Any ideas what it could be? It's as if it stops momentarily (which it did today when off my wrist, before the full wind). Bit disappointed really, but hopefully it will come back fine. Thanks for reading.

Couldn't really say..
My first question would be to ask, was your watch actually losing 2 minutes a day ???

Erratic timekeeping can sometimes indicate that the watch has been magnetized.
You really should have it checked out. I doubt anyone can diagnose the problem without actually looking at it.

Yes, well, it was stopped when I went to put it on (so it got a full wind), but then dropped time while being worn (as if it stopped and restarted, but that is just a guess).

hmmmmm description of the problem is not quite clear could you clarify exactly how the watch is acting what you were doing with it before you picked it up to find it was not working? did it have a full wind before you set it down? so the watch's seconds hand is stopping in front of you and then starting on its own again?
better description plz

It has been acting odd. Not seen it stop on my wrist, but it will keep time all day then drop (for example) 4 secs in less than an hour.
It stopped when off my wrist when I went for a run. I reset it & wound it fully. It dropped another 4 seconds + when I checked it 90 mins later. It has now kept perfect time for 3 hours. Very erratic.

Some people's electromagnetic field in their body don't allow them to wear Automatic watches.

Dropped it off yesterday. Hopefully Rolex will have it sorted easily enough.
It feels odd without it though...
