Under the tree: Sub c!

Despite having bought several months ago ... I kept in boxes until Christmas. Today I dropped like a child at Christmas ... I needed to cheer me up in a particularly difficult time of my life. I'll keep him anyway NOS, but at least for a few minutes I looked closely, I've looked e. .. I had a feeling of joy and pleasure that I missed some time and that, unfortunately, I do not know when I come back to try... sadly the spark that fueled my passion, I do not know why, if it is going along with my will to live ...

Best wishes and Merry Christmas to all friends of the Forum ... : (

Hey, whatever is going on, don't sit there alone and let your thoughts run away with you. Call someone and have them come and sit with you for a while. If nothing else, stare at that heavy metal for a while and think about all you did to earn that thing...there's got to be some good in that.

It's a beauty, and I'm glad it pleased you to see it again.

Wishing you comfort. Hopefully you have family and friends to turn to during tough times.

Lovely watch - congratulations!

As for hard times and losing the will to live (even if that's only meant for effect - just remember that "when the going gets tough, the tough get going!"). It's corny and cliche, but true. I obviously have no idea what you've gone through, but this is a great time of year to take stock and formulate your master plan for getting back on your feet. Having lost both parents at this time of year when I was younger, I know it can be done!

Anyway - congrats again on an awesome watch. It may not rekindle your passion for watches (mine fluctuates), but perhaps it can be used to remind you of what living the good life can be like.

Merry Christmas from the USA, Marco!

Nick (aka Arthur Daley)

Beautiful watch, Marco. And if you haven't done so, now might be a nice time to develop some nice personal connections with fellow TRF members. I'm sure there's quite a few of us that would welcome the chance to provide you some warm support.

Hey Marco I know this time of year can be very tough. I too had a hard year especially with my family which breaks my heart. I was alone for the first time this year for my bday and the holidays. The important thing is to stay strong. I too looked at my sub-c alot this holiday and just thought about all the time I had dreamt about having it in my hands and I finally do. Just keep a positive attitutde the best you can and things will get better after the new year this time of year is always hardest when one has to be alone. Dont forget all your TRF brothers and sisters that are here on the forum to chat it up with you if things ever get really lonely.

call anytime for a friendly talk 415-336-1028 your friend david

Congrats and enjoy on the Sub C.

As the late Jim Valvano used to say, "Don't give up, don't EVER give up!"

It will get better.

Awesome

I just treated myself to one. I am still torn if I like the 16610LV or 116610LN better, but they are the beat modern options out there IMHO
