Which one would you buy, Rolex Explorer 39MM or Panerai 111?
Merry Christmas everyone! I'm at one of those moments where I need to buy another watch. So the title says it all, which one would you choose.
Explorer has box, tags, manuals, but no card. $4301. 111 has everything including 20 months of remaining warranty. $4250. Which one would you go for? I really want the 111 since I am currently missing a Panerai in my collection. Right now I have a Rolex Sub-C and Omega Speedy Sapphire Sandwich. I would like your input on this one. |

I have no idea what the Pam 111 looks like but if you really want it and since it still has 20 months' warranty on it, I'd say go for it.

Two very different watches. Surely one must stand out for you. Only you know for sure, and that's the one you should go for.

Not entirely sure if the missing card is a major issue? But sounds a good price...

Based on what you have already, I would go with the Pam.
Always nice to have at least one Pam in the collection, and the 111 is very nice.

In the end, none of the two worked out.
It seems like I will get a Panerai 112 from DavidSW instead! Thanks everyone and Merry Christmas! |

I'm a Die hard Rolex fan........
Yet I'm not a fan of the explorer (I do love the Explorer II) so I would pick the pam 111 :) |

I might say go for the Rolex if you are referring to other models but between an Explorer and a Pam I would choose the Pam.
