His feedback is from China and Hong Kong (most likely all cheap goods; almost all items were "private" another worrisome sign) and it's dated 31 Jan, 1 Feb, and 2 Feb and he still manages to sell a fake watch to some fool with only 7 feedbacks. This unfortunate "winner" is apparently not a shill as most of his recent bid activity has consisted of trying to snipe items at the last moment, as he did with this POS.
