Hamilton "poor man's paul newman" questions...

I tried on this watch at one of my favorite used watch stores. It has the Daytona look, the movement/winding felt very nice, but definately not the Daytona price- this one is $650 dollars. It feels like a very solid watch:
-Has anyone had experience with this watch...? How do you like it...?
-Is the movement a Valjoux...?
-Years produced...?
-Any idea on future value...?

Not sure on this one but that is one fine looking watch, not to mention, there is a date!

I'd buy it for $650, I know that much of it!

Hope I wouldn't be getting ripped off. I have no idea on their true value.

I don't want to get technical, but according to chemistry alcohol IS a solution!

Hey thanks Al. I can't seem to stop looking at lower cost watches.

ebay has one as well...

Wow, here is the same type of watch on ebay, I guess the 650 price of the one I was considering is within reason...,

Here's my Hamilton chronograph.

Great chrono value with these. I've seen them sell lately for over $800.00. These date to the 1980's. The Valjoux 7750 is a workhorse and my favorite chrono movement.
