Anybody ever bought a "new old stock" watch?

Hi everybody,

Has anybody of you ever bought a watch from those "new old stock" resellers?
There are several on ebay that sell mostly swiss made watches from the 60s - 80s. Apparently those watches were never used or sold. Just new old stock.
There are several seller on Ebay, like:
watch-vintage
myretrowatches
jozef2710

The latter has a website www.noswatch.com

I don't think those watches are fakes, because they are mostly "lesser" brands. But there are nice, well made brands like Doxa and the likes. I think for ca. $200 a new old stock Doxa brand new from the 60s is still a good watch for the money.

What makes me curious is the amount of new old stock watches those sellers seem to have...

Experience anyone?
