Not even sure why I'm asking. I'm no expert, but I can already spot a few things that seem wrong with it (number fonts, weights, etc.)

Anyhow, any master spotters wanna weigh in?

That's crazy. The watch is obviously fake, but the seller has over 1000 feedback at 100%. He honestly may not know its a fake.

Yes, it's a bad replica and if you look at the seller's other items he appears to be a good eBayer in his area of expertise (mechanical things).

In the spirit of communication I contacted the seller to explain that it's fake.

I'm guessing hacked account. People will browse seller with high feedback and hack them. Look at other sales and they are all fine. Or he doesn't know watches. Either or

A seller with this feedback should know better IMO.

This feedback could just move a buyer to purchase a fake and this is the opposite of how it should be.
