Sub C blue ceramic bezel insert ???

Hi, seen a few pictures on here of 116610's with blue bezel inserts. Where do you get these from ? Seen aftermarket ones on eBay, are they any good & how easy are they to fit, will any good watch repairer be able to fit it ???

Let's not go there.

These are VERY hard to find and even harder to find a watchmaker willing to risk cracking these by swapping them out.
