Transitional Air-King, or modified?

I saw a lovely Z-series 2006 Ref. 114200 for sale at an on-line re-seller, and noticed that although it has the larger case/wider lugs of of the newer Air-Kings, it also has the longer hands, and dial of the older Air-Kings. The dial has "Precision" under the hands, but should have "Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified". Is it possible that this combination is original to the watch? It looks great, but I wonder if it is original. I wasn't able to copy the photo, so I have added the link:

The photo must be wrong. That's some sort of photoshop or fake. It has the dial of a 14000 or 14000M and the case of a 114200.

All 114200s are chronometers and none should say "precision". Also that dial design was retired with the 14000. The blue dial on the 114200 was of the explorer 369 type. I'd call an ask what's up.

Maybe the original owner had the dial and hands changed. I have to say, the combination of older dial and hands with new case looks great, but It's odd to see this modification if that's what it is. I have seen where owners of the 39mm Explorer I have installed longer hands, but this is the 1st time I'll seen this applied to an Air-King, and I like it. I have a Ref. 114200, and feel the short hands look a bit odd, and make it a little more difficult to read the dial.
I'll add that I have purchased 4 Rolex watches from from this re-seller and all have arrived exactly as described and pictured, and subsequently have been authenticated by my Watchmaker.
