You shouldn't.
You are just as special whether you wear a Rolex or a Timex.

To be honest, I feel more like fool than anything else lol.

Sorry, but there's no material solution to a spiritual problem.
This is just a watch forum.

You are not special (at least because of the watch). You just have some disposable income to buy a nice watch. Sorry, fact.

Sorry, nothing personal, but it's just a watch mate...If anything, be happy that you do well enough to buy it.

If you need to be told why you should feel special about the watch, then you should probably sell it and buy something else that makes you feel special without being told you should feel special about it.

Why do you need cheering up? That is a completely different question than being told you should feel special about your Rolex...

You should feel special because you wear a watch you like, same goes for everything you buy in your life! That's what I think everytime I buy a jewel or a watch and that's why I'm always happy!

If your Rolex doesn't make you feel special (I prefer the term happy) I would recommend you to find the one that does and buy it instead!

I think I have the answer:

You should feel "special" because you could be dead and someone else could be wearing that Rolex.

What I am saying is that it could always be worse. Hope your spirits pick up soon.

Because that beautiful hunk of metal on your wrist is worth more than the GDP of some sovereign nations? Or maybe because ~99.8% of the world population has never even seen one outside of a glass case, much less owned one or wore one...

In retrospect, this comment was too harsh. Apologies.

If you want to feel special...really special...buy a boat...
.
.
.
.
.
.

...then sell the boat...
.
.

those are the two days you'll feel special

So back to the watch - have you a Rolex?
If so, the intrinsic value that many hours of skilled technicians' efforts are represented in a small piece of mechanical beauty might be special.

Agreed! I hope the OP knows how close this trolling is getting him to the door. Not just this thread but others that have already been removed.
