Found this listing on Kijiji Ontario:

I contacted the seller with this Question:

Hello, Is $2900 the correct price? Thank you.

And received this reply:

hi ,ok , but i am now at my parents(my father have some health problems and i need to take care of him),and i didn't knew when i posted my ad ,so if you'll want to buy , i will shipp it to you via a secure company Green Courier ,they have refund options,the transaction will be insured and secured ,also the shipping just let me know if you are interested ,thanx

I literally laughed out loud. The respondent was one Tracy Golden whose email address is

I wonder if this is the same Tracy Golden who sends out emails offering giant cash awards from Coca-Cola?

The address listed in the ad is for Wright Real Estate Ltd. in Toronto. I wonder if they know their address is being used?

Hopefully no one is foolish enough to fall for this. What angers me is Green Courier is a real Toronto courier service. I wonder if they know they're being implicated in a scam? Or they could be ripped off if someone falls for the scam, and tries to get a refund from them.

I responded to a kijiji add for a 17" macbook pro i7 for $950 asking what's the condition because the is seriously cheap. I got the same response back word for word other than "it's in excellent condition" at the beginning. So I searched her email in google and found a bunch of expired adds from Gumtree (an Australia ad site) and your post.

Had me going for a minute there too. Shame!

I report a ton of watches on Kijiji! I love seeing the "full gold" Daytonas with the Day and Date counters with diamonds all over it.... Sellers asking $12,000-20,000 for them!
