Get a Tissot prc 200. Very comfortable chronograph that can take abuse. Comes in a quartz or automatic movement and choice of dials.

I had one of these and just sold it. Beautiful watch and can take quite a beating.

Unfortunately, I think you are going to have to look outside of the Rolex lineup
