IWC aquatimer thoughts/comments
The aquatimer on rubber has caught my eye. looks nice and for the price it seems like you get a fairly nice piece for the money. Not sure if ill pick one up but i keep going back to it for some reason. Plus as of late im getting real tired of the prices of some of these watches. just seems a little ridiculous to me. I know ill get flamed for that by some but c'mon man. these prices are absurd on some.
so what you all think of these? then next question the black or the white dial? just stirring conversation. |

I would vote for the white dial, but then again, I may be biased. Here are a couple pics of mine.

Really nice watch, the white one has tempted me for years.
Although regarding price, one of the reasons it’s so affordable is because it uses an ETA 2892-A2 movement. Nothing wrong with this as its ridiculously accurate with a history of reliability. However bear in mind that it’s cheap for an IWC watch but expensive for ETA watch. At its price point I’d probably be tempted to pay a little more and get the Ingenieur with IWC’s in house caliber 80110 automatic movement. |
