Anyone travel to Switzerland to visit their favorite maker?
I have wanted to go to Switzerland for several years now to visit JLC in the valley of joux. Ever since I became interested in ATMOS clocks and JLC watches I bought the grand mansion book from the AD in Dubai and fell in love with the thought of visiting. I hope in the next 2-3 years to make it happen. My wife is very interested as well but we ar brokering how many days area watches and clocks!
Are there makers you want to visit? Have you already visited?

I've been to Zurich for a week and visited three different AD's but at the time I didn't have too much knowledge in watches so I didn't really try to visit any factories or makers. Today I regret it very much as I could have visited Geneva, Plan les Ouates and perhaps the Vallée de Joux but I have the intention of going back to Switzerland one day and fully appreciate the whole country and its watchmaking side.
By the way, my very first stop would most probably be the Patek Philippe Museum, it is my ultimate grail brand and I have a true fascination for their watches!
