I remember an instance when a regular seller here didn't stand behind a watch for some sort of reason that I can't really recall.

I was struck by two things :

How uncaring this seller was and how close he came to getting booted outa here.

How great it was to see Greg stepping in and resolving the problem in the absence of the other guy giving a stuff.

Greg's one of the good guys in a world almost full of mediocrity.
