Can't tell from those pics. Most fake Daytona's have frozen second hands and the dial finish is nothing like genuine. Are you personally inspecting, or net shopping?

Just my 2p but I don't much like the look of the 'hand written' serial number on the certificate. Every Rolex I've had which came with a certificate has had the number 'hole punched' on it. But I've only ever owned a few Rolexes so am by no means an expert compared to many on here.

Old Non-US style papers -- NO way! -- M Serial would have a card; not papers
Rehaut engraving -- Way off; especially the serial font Rehaut is too tall; the Daytona's Rehaut is a much narrower band RUN Fast |

Huge mistake from an unknown seller with no way to verify the item you are buying.
If you want to be 100% sure, ask him to take it to a Rolex AD, open it and take pictures of the movement. He will likely not answer or refuse

Totally fake. Stay away from this completely. Looks like this may be the guy who bought the blank Rolex warranty paper off of eBay.

I guess nobody caught it but the Daytonas didn't come with a chronometer warranty paper - strike 1.
These papers were discontinued during the late 1990's - strike 2. Mayors is located in the USA, which means the warranty paper should be in English, not French - strike 3. And, the warranty paper appears counterfeit - based on the color/sheen - as it is like that found on many other counterfeit warranty papers that I have seen.
