I don't recall ever seeing this particular Hydronaut II with a cyclops. I'm pretty sure this was the year they stopped with the cyclops. I know the Hydronauts had it, but not the Hydronaut IIs. Am I wrong?

I think you're right, Mark. However, it could be someone who added a cyclops wanting a more traditional vibe like I did with my THC.
