351 vs 312

Can anyone explain the differences? I'm not seeing them... Is on Ti and one not?

Thanks in advance...

I have been looking at both models myself. I believe the 351 has the tobacco color dial with gold hands with titanium and the 312 is the black dial with regular hands. I am a big fan of both and I am trying to determine if the 351 will be as versatile in regard to strap combinations as the 312. Good luck!

I had the 312 and it's a heavy beast. I recommend the 351.

+1 but I find both a bit too thick and sitting to high on my wrist.

i keep hearing ^^^^ this about the 312, sitting high. I tried it on recently at an AD and didn't notice... Obviously not the same as owning and wearing it. I'll have to go back and pay more attention to that.
