I guess in BH, you get some attitude free with your watch

Well that really sucks! They have a watch I want but can't deal with "self professed prima donnas" I rather skip and continue the hunt.
Can't understand the "attitude" that sales people have on higher ticket items, they act like spoiled teenagers, like you are bothering them? What a great way to achieve return customers. Or even 1st time buyers! Good to know, thanks. Buying sight unseen and having to deal with possible issues down the road not worth the effort.

Attitude was my experience in BH. Stayed at the W for my sisters wedding. Asked the bartender about a restaurant and the dress code - all I had was jeans - his response was it doesn't matter what you have on your wrist, my Sub, is all you need.

On a side note, while sitting at the poolside bar watching football a guy sat down next to me. He was wearing jeans, a plaid shirt, a baseball cap, and sporting a long full beard and mustache. The bar staff fell all over him. We talked for about 15-20 minutes - he was a real nice guy.

When he left the bartender said Do you know who that was? I had no clue. It was Sean Penn. I just thought he was a nice guy.

Besides the attitude are they trusted? Noticed they have a few vintage pieces.

Philippe’s is a good guy.... Been in business forever. If your worries about fakes ..don't. He's been in business way to long to screw someone especially in Beverly Hills. I've done a lot of business with him with no problems. He deals with a lot of celebs too. If possible try to deal with him directly he's actually a nice guy.
