Rue La La
This is a Web site that sells brand name items at discount prices.
www.ruelala.com Items generally go on sale at 11 a.m. each day. Today, they have a large number of pre-owned Rolex's for sale, mostly DJs and Dates. The interesting thing is that there is no indication of the kind of serial number the watches have, so no way to judge the age of the watch. Also, there is only one photo of each watch, and no real description of the condition. I couldn't imagine buying a watch without that information, but they seem to have sold more than 30 watches in less than an hour. Who is buying these things? |

i purchased one off of something similar....the Gilt Groupe. These guys are a top competitor of them. I can't say anything for prices, but I can say that both of these companies are the real deal. No question about it.

Rue La La is legit. They are actually a client of mine on the web development side. I have purchansed several things from them but never a watch. Not sure I would go down that route for all the reasons you mentioned but in terms of luxury clothing and travel, it has been a winner for me.

I would say he prices seemed fair, though on the high side as compared with the prices of trusted TRF sellers.
I should say that I have bought plenty of new items from the site over the years (though nothing nearly as expensive as a Rolex) and have never had a problem. |
