Real Rolex - Date - ?

First, hello to all you clever Rolexfans.. my first post ever.
A newbee question about this Date model on EvilBay:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RARO-ROLEX...item5d33b21861

You think it's the real thing? Shouldn't the second hand be a bit longer & touch the minute markers?
And the engraved text on back of case, should not have engravings AFAIK.
Bracelet looks wrong too..

But I'm a newcomer to vintage Rolexes and might be wrong, so what does the experienced say to it?

I hope to post pic of my (from trustworthy dealer) 1675 root beer GMT soon in the vintage forum.

And with "for the bin" I presume you don't mean "Buy It Now"

After looking at all the pics - I love the way the "gold" plating got knocked off the end link at 6 o'clock.
