Swissluxury promise but cannot deliver
I ordered a watch on Swissluxury.com and before I ordered it spoke to a lady who told me the watch is not in stock but can be ordered through their NY affiliate within 5 days. I placed the order and then waited...2 weeks later without any news I called them and ask where was the watch. They said they had to special order it and will let me know the deliver date... and then I waited... a few days and without any news I called again, no answer, left a voice mail.
Finally they send me an email telling me that they would not be able to deliver the watch and they will cancel my order. Of course by then 3 weeks had passed and this was a gift for my wife birthday. Now I am scrambling trying to get the watch through a more proper channel of brick and mortar rolex boutique but it's late and I am not sure I can get it on time...gee thanks swissluxury I would stay away from Swissluxury |

My friend got the new TI planet Ocean from them.
Omega boutiques are supposed to be the only ones with This model right now. He was told they would order it and contact him. Six weeks later they had watch for him, not a bad deal if u can wait a bit, however in your case they should have been more transparent regarding how long it would take. A vast majority of internet shops have no stock at all and source the watch after they accept your money. Stay away.

While this is sad at least it is not a story of money stolen.

Its good to know you were able to get your money back! My parents purchased one from a supposed Rolex dealer and were defrauded out of 7g. By the way stay away from Dekku Fashions Inc.

I'll bet it wasn't hard to get - just too expensive when actually sourced.

Dream Watches were another one who used to ‘source’ the watch long after you had paid them all your money. Apart from after weeks of waiting you had no watch and no money! Then you had to get a refund that took forever to arrive. Muddy Water’s - tread carefully!!!

I know that they are legit. Sure you will not have lost any money certainly. To bad that they could not deliver on time though.

I have sold to them with good luck, but them sourcing it is BS in my opinion! How about search some upstanding people here and get it that way? Good Luck!
