6105 Bubble Back
i have a 1952? datejust bubble back the movement is stamped 26993, i think this is the caliber? Is this the correct movement for this watch?

I'm not sure thats the Caliber. Pictures would help determine.

thanks I will try and get some photographs. The number is stamped inside and the back is definately a 6105.

probably has a A296 Does it have a date? it may be a Big Bubbleback or the so called Ovettone?

Yes it has a date the first 20 are red and the remainder are black

the strap is marked 7206 its and elasticated bracelet.

Movements have a serial number that is independent from the case serial number.
From your photo, it is the serial number visible at the lower left..
