A bit of help needed, and a question
I see here in the vin tage section that it seems that the submariner seems to be the favorite. I'd lo0ve to see some posts and picks of some of the oyster perptual officiallly certified chronometers in some midsize cases, and or other models.
I have my watch serviced more reguraly than most due to it's age. Evertime my watchmaker services my watch he seems to go nuts over the movement. It's Ref#6581, and by the serial number it's anywhere from 1954-1958. for the age of the watch it keeps time to -2 seconds a day! Amazing. Anyway, why would he(the watchmaker ) love this particular movement so much? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks. |
