Kopi Luwak taste test.

So my sister recently came back from Indonesia and brought me a present.
Kopi Luwak coffee.
(If you have to ask you probably don’t want to know!)

Out with the Aerobie Aeropress to brew up a fresh cup of Java.

Inverted Extraction just before plunging.

Profit

Verdict.
Overall not bad coffee if slightly more acidic then I was expecting. I think it would be awesome in a cold drip (which removes the acidity) but would need a much courser grind for that.
