Very nice combo. that book looks like a good one to have around.
Are their any books that have all the sport models from the beginning to current models? |

Vintage Rolex Sports Models has become my favorite Rolex book.

How current does it go? I would like to see some of the more recent models also.

Even though the book was published only a few years ago, since the focus is on vintage watches I want to say it cuts off around the mid to late '80s.

The 16800 while a sapphire reference ran from about 1980 to 1988 or so, again with the switch to gloss WGs in the mid 80s. In mid 1985 the reference 1655 was replaced. |

It is a very good book with one problem. All the watch pics are computer generated. It would have been perfect if it showed actual watches. JMHO =) maverick
