FS: Rolex 5513 Submariner - Pointed Crown Guards
A near mint and very nice example of a 1964 reference 5513 with pointed crown guard case, gilt dial with an unusual patina, and a riveted oyster bracelet. The case, dial, crown, movement, and hands appear to be original, and the riveted bracelet is in very good condition showing moderate stretch, long enough for an 8 inch wrist. A nice piece of Rolex history.
Credit/PayPal Price: $8,780.00 Shipping included. US sales only. Contact me (preferably) at [email protected] or 800-908-2712 This watch has a very interesting gilt dial with all of the luminous material intact and a very unusual patina revealing its gold layer. Bezel appears to be newer than the age of the watch would dictate. The pointed crown guard is still crisp and the case shows good detail, with relatively thick lugs. The caseback is date stamped 1964.
